Compared to other pine species, New Zealand Pinus radiata is a hard and stable bark that requires specialized processing from its raw state.

The unique natural process used to create Orchiata results in a high-quality, stable, long-lasting, and toxin-free growing substrate, available in different sizes to cater to your specific growing needs. This process allows Orchiata to hold water and nutrients on the outside layer of each chip, while also creating a slightly rough surface that facilitates root anchoring.
